Answers to common questions

Payments, invoicing and cancellations

For your convenience, we accept cash (Peruvian soles and U.S. dollars), digital wallets (Plin and Yape), and debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners). We do not apply any extra charges or commissions for card payments.

If you booked through Booking.com, payment is made directly at the hotel during your stay.

Yes. Even if the online rate is shown in U.S. dollars, you may pay in soles at the exchange rate in effect on the day.

Yes. We issue a receipt (boleta) with DNI or passport, and an invoice (factura) with RUC. If you require an invoice, please share your billing details so we can issue it correctly.

No. Cancellation is free.

If a security deposit was made, it is non-refundable; however, it remains as credit in your favor, valid for 365 days, so you can use it for a future stay.

Check-in, check-out and transfer

Check-in starts at 14:00.

Check-out is until 12:00. If you need a different time, we can review options depending on availability.

Yes. We offer free airport transfer 24/7, as long as you send us your flight details at least 24 hours in advance.

If requested outside that window, the service is subject to availability and costs S/ 30.

Yes. You can store your luggage free of charge at reception.

Yes. Early check-in is available from 5:00 am for 50% of the daily rate, subject to availability.

Yes. Late check-out is available until 18:00 for 50% of the daily rate, subject to availability.

Breakfast and special diets

Yes. All reservations include a buffet breakfast.

The buffet breakfast is served from 6:00 to 9:30 am.

We offer local, Amazonian, and international options.

Yes. We have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. If you need a specific preparation, please let us know upon arrival; we'll coordinate with our chef, subject to availability.

Yes. External guests can access the buffet for S/ 15 per person, subject to capacity availability.

Yes. It's possible to request a take-away breakfast if you need to leave very early. This must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.

Rooms and Internet

All rooms have air conditioning, a private bathroom with hot water, cable TV, a safe, a hair dryer, and electric mosquito repellent devices.

Yes. We are a 100% smoke-free hotel. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. A S/ 100 fine applies in case of non-compliance.

Yes. We have a smoking terrace on the 5th floor.

We offer free high-speed Wi-Fi (approx. 20–40 Mbps) throughout the hotel.

Yes. In addition to desks in the rooms, you may use our restaurant as a co-working area between 10:00 and 23:00.

Location, security and visitors

We are in a safe, patrolled area, just 3 blocks (approx. 400 meters) from the Main Square (Plaza de Armas).

We have security cameras and 24-hour reception.

Yes. Doors are closed from 00:00 to 5:00 am; however, our reception staff can open for you at any time when you return.

Yes. We maintain quiet hours from midnight to 6:00 am.

Yes. Visitors are allowed only if they are adults and present identification at reception.

We do not accept pets. The only exception is for support or guide animals.
